Insights into AdEx Partners culture

We are all still in a very special situation, which demands something outstanding from each individually. This applies equally to private life as well as to everyday work.

Especially now, we are proud that we have built our values on a strong foundation. Our values are not lip service, but an absolute requirement for a successful cooperation as a "Trusted Advisor" both with our customers and within our company. We trust each other and act as a reliable partner. We believe that teamwork, mutual support, and networking are the key to success – with each other, with our partner network and our customers/clients. To support this, we want to continuously develop our organizational structure without losing our start-up feeling and "family set-up".

We like to give an insight into our work culture and show what is important to us. We are glad, that we reach and motivate our team with our offers. Our employees provide feedback in regular surveys, also this year as part of the Great Place to Work® competition. For the fifth time in a row, AdEx Partners has been named one of the best employers in Germany. We are excited about the award as well as about the constructive feedback from our employees in order to remain a Great Place to Work in the future. Especially in these times of challenges for all of us, culture in the workplace is more important than ever for us.

Our idea of an ideal working environment

We are a young company and have achieved a lot since our foundation in 2012. To achieve our ambitious goals, we like to further develop our organizational structure without losing our start-up feeling and our "family type set-up". This includes, for example, the Hoods concept, which allows all employees to get involved without rigid top-down structures. The passion, motivation and knowledge of our employees are our most important "assets". We like to provide our employees with an environment that promotes this motivation, passion, and knowledge. That is why we pay attention particularly to a positive work-life-balance, through flexible working time models, possibilities of personal development, through an unlimited training budget. We also celebrate successes and have a lot of fun besides the profession, through company events with partners/family, regular round tables and team celebrations.
