The start at AdEx - New colleagues
Even before starting at AdEx, new employees are invited to regular tables, trainings and meetings on a voluntary basis. This gets very well accepted. In addition, a coach (partner and associate partner level) and a "buddy" (same level) are assigned to them before the start. In order to ensure a seamless transfer of information, a "handover appointment" takes place with the coach, the HR managers and the recruiter.
