The "AdEx-Team" and the "AdEx-Spirit" play a decisive role for us. To promote these, regular physical meetings and activities take place, including a lot of fun and joy. In addition to project events with a few participants, these also includes especially the annual kick-off and, of course, the annual AdEx Partners Family summer event. During that event, in addition to the employees also their families participate. We have already had time to get to know and celebrate at great places, such as Lake Maggiore, Mallorca, Dresden, Travemünde, Vienna or the Croatian Adriatic coast. In 2020 we unfortunately had to cancel the summer event in Croatia. However, it has only been postponed and we are looking forward to celebrating with everyone as soon as the situation allows this to happen again.
