As in previous years, we took part in the Great Place to Work® competition this year. In previous years we were already able to enjoy top marks in all areas examined, and this year this excellent feedback also led to a top placement. Thanks to our continuous growth, we participated for the first time this year in the category 101-250 employees. We are proud to be among the top 10 best employers in Germany in this category. In particular, our employees emphasized the opposite trust, credibility, respect among themselves and the fairness shown.
We would like to thank our employees for the excellent work they do every day and the continued great commitment, because this is our fourth GPTW Award in a row. We look forward to continuing to work on remaining a great place to work for our employees.
We will not rest on our laurels, but in times of strong growth and project assignments in various customer projects across Europe, we will ensure that "old" and "new" employees continue to feel comfortable, at home, and at the right destination at AdEx Partners. We strive for long-term cooperation with our colleagues across all levels and disciplines as a well-established team.
