AdEx Partners won two awards at the “Best of Consulting” at WirtschaftsWoche
We are very happy about another award in the “Best of Consulting” ranking by WirtschaftsWoche. And this year twice, in two different categories.
After we achieved first place in the “Digitization” category in 2018 and received an award in the focus topic “Strategic Program Management” in 2019, we are delighted to receive two awards this year. We achieved 1st place in the “Technologies” category. And we are proud of 3rd place in the “Organization” category. After the awards in recent years, this award is another great success for us. As in the previous year, the submission of relevant customer projects was decisive for the awards in the corresponding categories.
At Marquard and Bahls, for example, we have examined a project that has been running since 2016 to introduce a global SAP solution for finance and purchasing processes and have specifically improved and strengthened the aspects of methodology, organization and architecture. We attached great importance to a modern, future-proof solution architecture supplemented by cloud components. Industrialized rollouts were successfully carried out in a short time in the holding company and core companies of the divisions, and master data governance was established as a driver for data-supported processes and decisions. The resulting "state-of-the-art" financial solution lays the foundation for harmonized service processes and business data, which enables reliable group-wide planning, control and consolidation with reduced costs. This project success was worthy of the jury awarding 1st place in the “Technology” category.
In addition, we are very happy about the 3rd place in the category “Organization” and take a look at the company processes, which in today's corporate practice are in fact all supported by IT. For this reason, it is imperative that companies deal with the consequences and effects of the failure of IT applications for critical business processes and take appropriate measures. In this context, IT emergency management has the task of developing a planned and organized procedure in the event of IT emergencies, so that business continuity is ensured.
Dawonia - one of the largest southern German housing companies with a total of around 30,000 apartments at key locations in southern Germany - has worked with AdEx Partners to review the organization, roles and responsibilities, processes and concepts relating to the topic of "IT emergency management", identify opportunities for improvement and successfully implement them . The result of the excellent cooperation is also reflected in the award in this year's Best of Consulting competition organized by WirtschaftsWoche. The Dawonia & AdEx Partners team was able to achieve 3rd place in the “Organization” category with the focus on “Business Continuity Management” with the “IT Emergency Management” project.
