AdEx Partners receives multiple awards at WirtschaftsWoche's "Best of Consulting"

Having already been able to celebrate awards in the categories and focus topics "Digitalization", "Strategic Program Management", "Technologies" and "Organization" in the last three years, we are overjoyed about the  triple in 2021. We are once again delighted to receive top rankings in the areas "Organization" and "Digitalization" and, for the first time, in the category "Sustainability". As in the two previous years, the submission of outstanding customer projects was decisive in the jury’s decision. 

 

We are particularly proud of our 1st place in the "Sustainability" category. We won this for our pro bono project "Tafel macht Zukunft – gemeinsam Digital" with Tafel Deutschland e.V. – Germany’s largest foodbank.

The core of the project is about making donations of goods and food more efficient and transparent through the intelligent implementation of digital means.

As AdEx Partners, we supported the Tafel over a period of four years based on comprehensive pro bono consulting in the agile development and introduction of an online platform with various components.

Following active support of the RfP process, including supplier selection, we were extensively involved in various areas of the project. As part of the project, we were extensively involved in various areas after actively supporting the RfP process including supplier selection. In addition to general project management and coordination, we also took care of the agile implementation of the platform development as well as coaching of the Tafel project members in key topics and steering of the software developers. Furthermore, we accompanied the development of a holistic change management approach and the conception of a support process amongst others with volunteering digital coaches to support users.

The platform simplifies and optimizes logistics processes, teaches digital skills and contributes significantly to a more efficient rescue and distribution of food.
