After the triple last year the series of awards continues this year. We were successful in the categories "Organisation" and "Technologies".
Based on the submissions, the jury evaluated the projects according to the following criteria:
- Content: creativity, analytical contribution, methodological contribution, market and industry knowledge.
- Communication: reputation, networking, moderation, teamwork, project management.
- Reality impact: effect on operating result, feasibility, own implementation contribution, scope.
- Customer satisfaction.
In the category Organisation, we demonstrated how agile transformation can be implemented with our project at AGCO.
AGCO, a global agricultural machinery manufacturer with the brands Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Valtra, is undergoing a comprehensive Digital Transformation. After a large-scale reorganisation, the client launched its Agile Transformation together with AdEx Partners to unite numerous heterogeneous teams in a unified organisation. We co-created a holistic approach to Agile Transformation with the client. The focus was to iteratively establish a uniform process organisation (framework, processes and tools) according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and to accompany this process with stringent project and change management. Despite the time (3 months) and organisational (60 heterogeneous teams without interrupting product development) challenges, the successful integration of all teams into one organisation with a central agile core process and real-time reporting was achieved. This leads to a significant improvement in go-to-market time and stronger focus on customer needs. Through agile product development, complex digital products can now be developed, tested and launched faster.

In the second project, our team supported the client in setting up a smart services platform. We received the award for this project in the category Technologies.
With the aim of setting new accents in digitalization, customer centricity and service quality as well as saving costs and time, a SMART SERVICES PLATFORM was validated as part of the future customer journey. The collaboration was based on experience in designing and building such a platform, which is extremely rare in the consulting industry.
