We are looking for you

a Werkstudenten im Bereich Recruiting (all gernders) zur Unterstützung unseres Recruiting-Teams mit einem Umfang von 15–20 hours per week, idealerweise verteilt auf 5 Tage. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

Independent execution of the hiring process for interns and working students
Creation and publication of job postings
Identification geeigneter Kandidaten (z.B. Screening von CVs)
Bewerbermanagement of suitable candidates (e.g., CV screening)
Research on new recruiting trends
Analysis of various data in the recruiting field, such as KPI evaluations,surveys and forecasts
Preparation of presentations and reports
Support of the recruiting team with additional tasks in day-to-day operations and projects

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Enrolled in an Bachelor’s programor at the beginning of a Master’s program with a focus on Human Resources
Interest in and availability for a longer-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
Preferably, experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility through internships, other work activities, projects, or similar
Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, also within a virtual team
Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
Very good German and English skills (business proficiency) both written and spoken
