One of our core values at AdEx is "authenticity: we listen, communicate directly, and are open to what we think is right or wrong." We live this value both internally and externally. Flat hierarchies provide direct access for all employees to our partners, inside and outside projects and internal teams. The voting routes are therefore short, flexible, and fast.
In addition to all other possibilities, for younger colleagues the "Junior Board" is available as a confidential room. There they can ask questions, express, and discuss criticism, and communicate this together or anonymously to the management level. The Junior Board was founded on the initiative of our employees.
In addition, each person has an internal coach and mentor who provides advice and support. Together they define goals and development opportunities, that promote the employees in their career development.
