In October 2023, I started at AdEx Partners as a Recruiting Specialist and, together with my colleagues Anja, Katharina and Kerstin, I am looking for internal consultants who will make their impact as trusted advisors for our clients in the form of transformation projects.
It is especially important to us that our AdEx team continues to grow through exciting and qualified individuals who also share our common values.
I started my career in management consulting with a focus on HR & Change Management.
HR services then led me to the south of Germany, where I entered the exciting fields of engineering and IT, which have run through my CV ever since.
My resulting passion for recruiting brought me into the project business, which is characterized by diversity, all the way to my most recent role in a major international corporation, where I continue to act as a sparring partner for my stakeholders in the most diverse forms of recruiting. In doing so, I always attach great importance to supporting our candidates and their candidate journey.
In addition to national and international recruiting, my strengths are the further development and optimization of processes, conducting management trainings and assessment centers as well as active sourcing.
Together with my great roommates, I live in a sustainable housing project of the Öko.See.Dorf e.G., the "Sonnenhof" in Baden-Württemberg. Together we want to help shape a regenerative, social and fair future.
