As a senior manager at AdEx Partners, I focus on projects in the areas of finance, IT, strategy and HR. My expertise lies in particular in the areas of process optimization (including process digitalization), strategy development, finance and IT transformation, corporate management, and the redesign of organizational structures and processes.
With over 7 years of consulting experience, I have been able to build up broad industry expertise in the manufacturing sector (especially automotive, industrial products and packaging) as well as in the technology and pharmaceutical industries, wholesale and professional services. My special focus has always been on efficiently and effectively shaping the areas of finance, IT and HR through organizational transformations, process optimizations, the use of modern technologies and targeted management.
At AdEx Partners, i work in the Finance Hood as well as a coordinator and contact person for our external partners. In the Finance Hood, we analyze the latest developments in the finance function and develop tailored solutions for our customers on this basis.
I joined AdEx Partners in 2019. Prior to that, I worked for PwC in Finance Transformation. I completed my master's degree with a major in accounting and a minor in finance as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration at the WWU Münster.
