I am responsible for the Business Model Transformation service portfolio at AdEx Partners. Our customers use this service especially when they want their current business model to be more customer-centric or develop a completely new business model.
My conviction is: "Only Business Model Transformation enables companies to remain permanently in the 'relevant set' of their customers". As a trusted advisor, coach, program and project manager, I help our clients to follow this path successfully.
After 20 years at a consulting and technology company, most recently as Managing Partner of the business units "Digital Strategy" as well as "Advanced Customer Strategies", I focus on business model transformations as well as digital transformation, customer excellence/customer centricity and sales enablement for medium-sized and large companies.
My law degree was rarely relevant to my profession - but it didn't do any harm. Much more formative were the experiences from 30 years of "transformation" with my clients and my previous company, which I was able to help shape for D-A-CH. The experiences shaped my maxim "We cannot change the wind, but we can set the sails differently." (Aristotle).
Privately, I recently moved to Hamburg with my family, enjoy contemporary art and use my Peloton whenever time permits.
