I am Associate Partner and support my clients in managing complex digital transformation programs. Customers value my methodological expertise and my professional and pragmatic way of working. I lead teams in a constructive and person-oriented way to create an active and appealing work environment.

I offer extensive experience in change management, program and project management as well as process and communication management. My specialisation is change management: I orchestrate comprehensive change projects in customer organizations and accompany employees during the change process to enable sustainable acceptance of change.

My broad industry knowledge extends across IT, finance, telecommunications, aerospace, hygiene & healthcare, manufacturing and public services.

As a committed and internationally active management consultant, I look back on more than 13 years of experience. I joined AdEx Partners in January 2020 and actively contribute to our Change & Transformation, Customer Centricity and CSR Hood.

It has been – and still is – very important to me to combine theory and practice: I combined work and study, completing an apprenticeship and a B.A. in Business Administration as well as a M.Sc. in Corporate Communications while working.
