I am a transformation coach, trainer, consultant and facilitator for supporting and implementing challenging changes at all levels. For over 15 years, I have been working in change and transformation management for medium-sized companies in the financial services and telecommunication industries on the shaping of modern ways of working and corporate structures.

My focus in the customer project is to gain relevant insights through an empirical approach in order to continuously align the project in an optimal way. This maximizes the project success for my clients.

I live with my family in Lübeck.
