For over 20 years, I have been working as a project manager, portfolio manager and IT manager. My focus is on business process optimization using SAP ECC and S/4HANA software. I have worked in both national and international projects and have taken responsibility in all project phases – from strategy creation and design to implementation, go-live and handover to operations.
My responsibilities as a project manager include the adherence to time, budget and quality in the project as well as the technical leadership of the project staff. In addition, I am responsible for the preparation, execution and controlling of project plans, cutover management, test management, risk management, incident and change management as well as stakeholder management.
My professional focus is on accounting processes. In many projects as a project manager and consultant I was able to gain knowledge about the integration of the SAP accounting module FI-CO with the SAP enterprise resource planning and logistics SAP Retail, SD and MM.
Furthermore, I have extensive project management experience in the retail and logistics industries from numerous implementation and transformation projects. I am familiar with the creation of template solutions and their rollout. As a project manager, I am certified in Prince2 and SAP Activate.
For more than 10 years, I also managed service and support teams with up to 30 employees in a disciplinary capacity. I was responsible for the management of an IT department for 7 years, successfully working with offshore teams.
My strengths lie in project management, process analysis and solution design as well as moderation and communication.
