More than 20 years of experience in retail and the consumer goods industry enable me as a "Client Whisperer" to provide strategic impulses and to think outside the box. My consulting approach is based on many years of cross-industry experience in the areas of transformation management, CRM and ERP, IT strategy, omnichannel retailing, data value management and finance & performance management. As a trusted advisor, I guide clients through the challenges of complex transformation projects with strategic and out-of-the-box thinking, technological know-how, rapid implementation as well as long-term support as a sparring partner for management. The definition of sourcing strategies and support in vendor selection processes are also important topics for me, which I successfully implement together with the customer.
I am particularly fascinated by the topic of Customer Centricity, because true Customer Centricity requires a comprehensive rethinking within the company and perseverance. The measurable challenges and goals of a CRM system receive special attention from me.
I also bring extensive expertise in finance topics and I coach my customers as an experienced project manager and solution architect in complex and integrated system landscapes, even in politically difficult environments. My focus is on: SAP, CRM, Cloud, technical architecture and integration, process re-engineering, creation of functional concepts, ERP implementations and roll-outs, as well as AI-based use cases.
