I am currently contributing my extensive experience and expertise as Head of Industries to drive the operational business forward. My role in building AdEx Partners has laid a solid foundation for my current position.
With over two decades of experience in the retail and consumer goods industry, I am adept at providing strategic insights and thinking outside the box. My consulting approach is shaped by my many years of cross-industry experience in areas such as transformation management, CRM and ERP, IT strategy, omnichannel retailing, data value management and finance & performance management.
As a Trusted Advisor, I guide clients through the complex landscape of transformation projects by providing strategic and innovative thinking, technological know-how, rapid implementation and long-term support as a sparring partner for management. I work closely with clients to define sourcing strategies and guide them through the vendor selection process.
A key focus of my work is customer centricity. I firmly believe that true customer centricity requires a comprehensive rethink within a company and requires perseverance. CRM systems and their measurable challenges and goals are of particular importance to me.
Furthermore, I bring in-depth expertise in financial topics and act as an experienced project manager and solution architect in complex and integrated system landscapes, even in politically demanding environments. My focus is on SAP, CRM, cloud, technical architecture and integration, process re-engineering, creation of functional concepts, ERP implementations and roll-outs as well as AI-based use cases.
