The company's name originated from <strong>Ad<\/strong>visory <strong>Ex<\/strong>Excellence. The idea: to stand by customers as a \u201etrusted advisor\u201c with an experienced team on their complex transformation projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2013&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>In spring 2013, the first employees were hired, and by the end of 2013, there were already seven. Revenue of almost one million euros in the first financial year confirmed the business idea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2014&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>By the end of 2014, the AdEx Partners team already comprised 20 people. The \u201ePartners\u201c in the name was and remains central: teamwork, mutual support, and networking have become the keys to AdEx Partners' success.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2016&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>In 2016, we carried out projects for 40 different clients. To facilitate this, we opened local offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2017&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6, 2017, we celebrated our 5th anniversary with over 80 employees. Focus in this year: Entering additional industries, such as financial services and insurance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>AdEx Partners was officially recognised as a \u201eGreat Place to Work\u201c in consulting for the first time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2018&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>This year, we specialised in IT and technology-related fields and founded AdEx Solutions. In the growing area of Corporate Social Responsibility, we launched a 3-year pro bono project with Tafel Deutschland focusing on the digitalisation of food rescue and distribution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2019&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">From the beginning, AdEx Partners has been a participatory company, and we aimed to maintain this as we grew. That\u00b4s why we developed our \"Hood Concept\" in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we were launching the first Digital Bootcamp for non-profits and social enterprises this year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2020&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>In diesem Jahr wurden wir erstmals zum \u201eHidden Champion&#8220;&nbsp;der Beratungsbranche in der Kategorie Projekt- &amp; Programmmanagement gek\u00fcrt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, AdEx Partners has also participated in the United Nations Global Compact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The pandemic continued to challenge us, but despite the difficult circumstances, we achieved excellent business results and continued to grow.<\/p>\n<p>We were finally able to experience the special AdEx Partners Spirit \u201elive\u201c again, at the Summer Event in Warnem\u00fcnde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021<\/h4>\n<p>Starting in 2021, we will be supporting Humedica e.V., a global aid organization, with its digital transformation free of charge for three years.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to introducing ERP and CRM systems, we also trained the team in AI applications and participated annually in the \u201eGift with a Heart\u201d campaign.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2021 also marked the first AdExGo! Challenge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2022&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6, we celebrated 10 years of AdEx Partners with over 170 employees. In our purpose challenge, we collectively defined our corporate purpose: \u201eEmpowering leading organizations to shape the digital future of Europe\u201c.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We have once again been recognised as a \u201eHidden Champion\u201c in the consulting industry. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And: Swiss investment firm Capvis AG invested in AdEx Partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h4>2023&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>These are our values: <strong>trust, together, impact, passion<\/strong>.
