The company's name resulted from <strong>Ad<\/strong>visory <strong>Ex<\/strong>cellence. The idea: To support customers in their complex transformation projects as a \u201etrusted advisor\u201c with an experienced team.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2013\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>In spring 2013, the first employees were hired, and by the end of 2013 there were already seven. A revenue of nearly one million euros in the first fiscal year confirmed the business idea.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2014\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>By the end of 2014, the AdEx Partners team had already grown to 20 people. The \u201ePartners\u201c in the name was and is central: teamwork, mutual support, and networking have become the keys to AdEx Partners' success.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2016\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>In 2016, we carried out projects for as many as 40 different clients. For this purpose, we opened local offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2017\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6, 2017, we celebrated our 5th birthday with over 80 employees. The focus this year: tapping into additional industries, such as financial services and insurance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, AdEx Partners was officially allowed to call itself a \u201eGreat Place to Work\u201c in consulting.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2018\u00a0\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>This year, we specialized in IT and technology-related fields and founded AdEx Solutions. In the strengthened area of Corporate Social Responsibility, we launched a 3-year pro bono project with Tafel Deutschland focusing on the digitalization of food rescue and distribution.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2019\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW119669159 BCX8\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW119669159 BCX8\">From the very beginning,<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW119669159 BCX8\">AdEx<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW119669159 BCX8\"> Partners has been a company that encourages employee involvement. We wanted to keep it that way even as we grew. That\u2019s why we developed our \u201eHood Concept\u201c in 2019.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, this year we are launching the first Digital Bootcamp for non-profits and social enterprises.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2020\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>This year, for the first time, we were named a \u201eHidden Champion\u201c of the consulting industry in the Project &amp; Program Management category.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>AdEx Partners has also been a participant in the United Nations Global Compact since 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW141796472 BCX8\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141796472 BCX8\">The pandemic continued to keep us on our toes. Despite the challenging circumstances,<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141796472 BCX8\">we achieved outstanding business results and continued to grow.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We were finally able to experience the special AdEx Partners spirit \u201elive\u201c again at the summer event in Warnem\u00fcnde.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021<\/h4>\n<p>Starting in 2021, we provided free support to Humedica e.V., a global relief organization, with its digital transformation for three years.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to introducing ERP and CRM systems, we also trained the team in AI applications and participated annually in the \u201eGift with Heart\u201c campaign.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2021 also saw our first AdExGo! Challenge take place.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2022\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6th, we celebrated 10 years of AdEx Partners with over 170 employees. In our Purpose Challenge, we jointly defined our corporate purpose: \u201eEmpowering leading organizations to shape the digital future of Europe\u201c.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We have been named a \u201eHidden Champion\u201c of the consulting industry once again. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And: The Swiss company Capvis AG invested in AdEx Partners.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2023\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>These are our values: <strong>trust, together, impact, passion<\/strong>.
