M\u00e4rz 2012 von Carsten Kracht und Ferdinand Weiss gegr\u00fcndet. Der Name der Firma ergab sich aus <strong>Ad<\/strong>visory <strong>Ex<\/strong>cellence. Die Idee: Kunden als \u201eTrusted Advisor&#8220; mit einem erfahrenen Team bei ihren komplexen Transformationsprojekten zur Seite zu stehen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2013\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Im Fr\u00fchjahr 2013 wurden die ersten Mitarbeitenden eingestellt, Ende 2013 waren es schon sieben. Ein Umsatz von fast einer Million Euro im ersten Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr best\u00e4tigte die Gesch\u00e4ftsidee.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2014\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Ende 2014 war das AdEx Partners Team bereits 20-k\u00f6pfig. Das \u201ePartners&#8220; im Namen war und ist zentral: Teamarbeit, gegenseitige Unterst\u00fctzung und Netzwerken sind die Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg von AdEx Partners geworden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2016\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Im Jahr 2016 f\u00fchrten wir Projekte bei bereits 40 verschiedene Kunden durch. Hierzu \u00f6ffneten wir lokale B\u00fcros in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich und der Schweiz.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2017\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6, 2017, we celebrated our 5th anniversary with over 80 employees. Focus in this year: Entering additional industries, such as financial services and insurance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Erstmals durfte sich AdEx Partners offiziell als \u201eGreat Place to Work&#8220; im Consulting bezeichnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2018\u00a0\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>In diesem Jahr spezialisierten wir uns in IT und techniknahen Bereichen und gr\u00fcndeten die AdEx Solutions. Im erstarkten Bereich Corporate Social Responsibility starteten wir ein 3-Jahres Pro-Bono-Projekt bei der Tafel Deutschland in der Digitalisierung von Lebensmittelrettung und -verteilung.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2019\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">From the beginning, AdEx Partners has been a participatory company, and we aimed to maintain this as we grew. That\u00b4s why we developed our \"Hood Concept\" in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we were launching the first Digital Bootcamp for non-profits and social enterprises this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2020\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>This year, we were named a \u201eHidden Champion\u201c in the consulting industry in the category of project and program management.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, AdEx Partners has also participated in the United Nations Global Compact.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The pandemic continued to challenge us, but despite the difficult circumstances, we achieved excellent business results and continued to grow.<\/p>\n<p>Den besonderen AdEx Partners Spirit durften wir dann endlich wieder \u201elive&#8220; erleben, auf dem Summer Event in Warnem\u00fcnde.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2021<\/h4>\n<p>Starting in 2021, we will be supporting Humedica e.V., a global aid organization, with its digital transformation free of charge for three years.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to introducing ERP and CRM systems, we also trained the team in AI applications and participated annually in the \u201eGift with a Heart\u201d campaign.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2021 also marked the first AdExGo! Challenge.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h4>2022\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>On March 6, we celebrated 10 years of AdEx Partners with over 170 employees.
