It consists of a fixed base salary and a variable component that depends on individual performance and contributions to the company\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<p>Through the variable component (chargeability bonus and sales bonus), you can influence your income through outstanding performance and personal initiative (\u201eentrepreneur within the enterprise\u201c). And because we want to continuously develop AdEx Partners as an organization, we also incentivize internal work.
