Application Phase opened<\/h2>\n

AdEx Partners is offering its free consulting bootcamp for the ninth time, tailored for social enterprises and non-profit organizations: On October 10, 2025, in Leipzig, followed by three months of pro bono consulting.<\/p>\n

In many cases, the challenges in the social sector mirror those in the business realm: How can we achieve optimal results with limited resources through digitalization? How can we improve interaction with clients and partners? And how can we foster efficient collaboration both internally and externally? What are the key elements for effective change management?<\/p>\n

Since 2012, AdEx Partners has been an award-winning management, process, and IT consulting firm, successfully guiding clients through various projects, sectors, and complex transformation processes as trusted advisors.<\/p>\n

As part of the \u201eAdEx Family\u201c, we are eager to share our expertise and offer free support by leveraging our skills, providing fresh perspectives, and working together to help make the world a better place.<\/p>\n\t

How does the Digital Bootcamp work?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\t

The preparation meetings serve to get to know each other and understand the problems. For clarifying the project scope, representatives from IT and management should be included, unless they are already planned as participants.<\/p>\n

Travel costs associated with the bootcamp cannot be reimbursed by AdEx Partners and must be covered by the participating organization.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\tApply now\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t

The application deadline is Sunday, September 7, 2025<\/h6>\n\t

After the application deadline, a committee will review the applications and select the most suitable and impactful projects. The announcement of the participants will take place in mid-September.<\/p>\n
