For the first time, the Digital Bootcamp is taking place at our new headquarters in Munich. This is followed by a three-month remote pro bono consultancy.<\/p>\n
Together with the participating organizations, we work on specific challenges\u2014ranging from digitalization, data management, and change management to process optimization and organizational development. The goal is to develop practical solutions that have a long-term impact and further strengthen our positive contribution to people, society, and the environment.<\/p>\n

Based on criteria such as relevance, degree of innovation, and potential impact, the most promising projects will be selected for participation. How does the Digital Bootcamp by AdEx Partners work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n1. Preparation meetings:<\/strong>
\nThe preparatory discussions serve to get to know each other, understand the organization's specific challenges, and jointly clarify the scope of the project. To ensure a comprehensive understanding, relevant departments, such as IT or management, should be involved if they are not already participating in the program.\nBootcamp Day 2:<\/strong>
\nOn the bootcamp day, NGOs and our consultants meet in person on-site to intensively analyze the identified challenges and develop initial, practical, and tailored solutions.
