For the fourth time, we successfully conducted our Pro Bono Consulting Bootcamp for social enterprises and non-profit organizations - this time finally in person.<\/p>\n
Since 2012, AdEx Partners has been an award-winning management, process, and IT consulting firm, serving as a Trusted Advisor to clients across various industries, projects, and complex transformation processes.<\/p>\n
In our Digital Bootcamp, we aim to share this experience with social enterprises and non-profit organizations, providing support pro bono with our skills. The idea behind our \u201eSkilled Volunteering\u201c concept is simple: We bring the expertise of our consultants together with social organizations. This allows us to gain new insights and collaboratively tackle challenges for a better world.<\/p>\n\t
As in previous years, non-profit organizations and social enterprises were able to apply for the Bootcamp with a specific question in 2022. A jury subsequently selected inspiring organizations that were supported over several months by our consultants in developing and implementing new solutions:<\/p>\n
The selected organizations focus on topics such as sustainability, education, cybersecurity, diversity, and human rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Digital Bootcamp 2022 kicked off on October 7 with an interactive, all-day workshop. Accompanied by a dynamic break, the organizations had the opportunity to work alongside our consultants on their specific questions, developing solutions with a competent advisory team. To ensure the sustainability of the results from this intensive collaboration, clear goals, steps, and tasks were established for all participants. This was followed by a phase of coaching sessions, where individual aspects could be deepened to support the implementation of the developed solutions.<\/p>\n Additionally, in 2022 we celebrated a premiere, as we were able to conduct a virtual Bootcamp in English for the first time, featuring the organization\u00a0EWMD Network<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t Impressions 2022<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t Impressions 2022<\/p>\n\t NourEnergy e.V.<\/p>\n Shirin Najdi<\/p>\n \n A very fruitful format with friendly and competent consulting.
