Digital skills for NGOs and social organisations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Since 2019, AdEx Partners has been supporting NGOs, non-profit organisations and social enterprises in mastering their digital and organisational challenges. In our Digital Bootcamps, we bring together the professional expertise of our consultants with the dedication of organisations committed to a better society. In doing so, we make a tangible contribution to the digital transformation of these organisations.<\/p>\n

The focus is always on the specific questions and challenges of the participating organisations. Together, we develop practical solutions that fit their goals, structures and existing resources.<\/p>\n

Digital Bootcamp 2025<\/p>\n\t

What is a digital bootcamp?<\/h2>\n\t

A Digital Bootcamp kicks off with an intensive workshop day. During this, the participating organisations work in small teams with consultants from AdEx Partners on a previously defined challenge.<\/p>\n

The topics are as diverse as the organisations themselves.<\/h5>\n

From workshop to implementation<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The collaboration does not end after the bootcamp day. During a subsequent pro bono consultancy phase, our teams support the organisations in further developing the solutions devised and putting them into practice.<\/p>\n

This is how initial ideas turn into sustainable changes: clearer processes, better data structures, new digital services or a viable foundation for further organisational development.<\/p>\n\t

Our Digital Bootcamps combine professional consulting with social engagement. At the same time, an exchange is created from which both sides benefit: the organisations gain access to consulting expertise and additional resources, while our consultants get to know new perspectives, working methods, and socially relevant topics.<\/p>\n

What begins as a joint workshop often develops into an intensive collaboration with long-term benefits.<\/p>\n

Digital Bootcamp 2026<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

The anniversary edition of our Digital Bootcamp is once again dedicated to the current challenges facing non-profit organisations and social enterprises.<\/p>\n\t

Digital Bootcamp 2025<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

In Zurich, four organisations worked alongside our consultancy teams on topics such as AI strategy, technical infrastructure, CRM, data management and global change management.<\/p>\n\t

At the fifth Digital Bootcamp, five non-profit organisations at Impact Hub Berlin worked together with AdEx Partners to develop solutions for their individual challenges.<\/p>\n\t
