This year it was finally time again: After our last summer event in Warnemünde, which unfortunately could only take place without family due to the pandemic, our reunion with the assembled team this year was all the bigger and something very special. The orga-team has outdone itself once again and at the latest during the air guitar solos it became clear that this event will be remembered for a long time.
All those who were able to attend are sure to agree: IT WAS AWESOME!!!
Partners and Associate Partners already met for an exchange on Friday morning, while all other employees and their families arrived in the evening. After the first teambuilding measures for the pirate challenge on Saturday, we were able to meet again, get to know each other and exchange ideas over a fantastic dinner.
Saturday started with a business update, during which anniversaries and promotions were celebrated in detail. During the following beach games it did not take long until the first water bombs changed their target and splashed into the crowd. What a refreshment! With games, fun and ambition, this day approached its crowning conclusion with a joint dinner.
Welcome at sunset directly at the sea, delicious food and good drinks in a dreamlike location.
Besides our successfully completed AdExGo! initiative, in which we ran, walked, cycled and swam over 17.000 km, the highlight of Saturday evening was certainly our 10th company anniversary, which was celebrated extensively with fireworks and musical accompaniment.
There was no stopping when the musicians, whom we still remembered from Warnemünde, came onto the dance floor and we sang, danced and celebrated together until late into the night.
There were also various offers on Sunday, such as a sailing trip or a hike in the Krka National Park. In the afternoon, most of the guests went home satisfied, a bit tired and full of new impressions.
All in all, another great and successful summer event!
Events like this show us what values we live by look like. That is what makes us special.
