Great Place to Work® has been supporting companies worldwide in developing a successful corporate culture for over 30 years. With over 60 locations, the institute is a leading, benchmark-based authority in analyzing, developing, and showcasing employer attractiveness.
To receive a Great Place to Work® certification or award, employees are anonymously and representatively surveyed about their satisfaction within their company. Key focus areas include leadership, trust, recognition, development, care, collaboration, team spirit, and identification with the company. A comprehensive culture audit also provides insights into personnel and leadership practices.
