I am a Transformation Enthusiast, Happiness and Performance Guide, Hands-on Expert and Northern German Pole of Tranquility. As an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist I am not only able to work with numbers and data, but also understand how to put people at the center of change and thus successfully shape transformations.

For more than 9 years I have been supporting my clients across industries in planning and implementing IT and HR transformations, strategic reorganizations, in change management and in analyzing and developing their personnel.

I love challenges and constantly try to make the impossible possible. I am convinced that together we can overcome all obstacles. That's why I attach great importance to bringing key players to the table and uniting the different perspectives for a successful change.

I joined AdEx Partners in September 2019 and work intensively on Employee Centricity and Organizational Transformation. Most importantly, I continue to develop the Happiness & Performance practice with the goal of transforming the workplace of the future into an environment where everyone is passionate about delivering their top performance.

For the personal performance I deliver for my clients out of Bremen, I have acquired new athletic and creative habits in 2022 based on important body-brain connections in order to try out exciting insights myself.
