We are looking for you

WIR SUCHEN… Starting 01.12.2025 we are looking for a Working Student in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) (all genders) for 20 hours per week, with, among others, the following responsibilities:

Conducting initial assessments and evaluations of potential acquisition targets
Maintaining and updating the longlist and shortlist of potential acquisition targets
Close collaboration with the M&A team, including weekly catch-up meetings with C-level executives
Supporting the conception and preparation of presentations and communication materials, including the preparation of management presentations
Stakeholder management, including coordination with external due diligence partners and internal departments
Contributing to the preparation of project tenders (proposals, offers, etc.) for M&A projects
Supporting internal communication and coordination of team events, account meetings, etc.

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Advanced studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable degree program at a German university
Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, particularly in a virtual team environment
Conceptual and analytical way of working, hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of project work and eagerness to further develop your skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Initial practical experience through previous working student positions, internships, or similar
Interest in and availability for a longer-term collaboration (at least 6 months)
