We are looking for you

A Werkstudenten (all genders) in the Industry Cluster Consumer Industries & Logistics to support our team – starting immediately with a workload of 20 hours per week (5 days/week).The following tasks await you:

Support in the research, review, and evaluation of public tenders
Categorization and analysis of tender contents
Close collaboration with the Public Services Team on thematically related tenders
Maintenance of internal overview lists and documentation
Support in the preparation of proposal documents and communication with internal stakeholders
Contribution to process optimization in tender management

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or grades. The following skills will help you succeed with us:

Advanced studies in business administration, economics, logistics, or a comparable field of study
Interest in public tenders, market analyses, and sales processes
Structured and analytical way of working with great attention to detail
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Independent and self-organized working style
Very good German and English skills (business proficiency) both written and spoken
Interest in and availability for a long-term collaboration
