At AdEx Partners, sustainability and responsible business practices are at the core of our actions. We understand that organizations have a significant impact on society and the environment. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that our business operations meet the highest ethical, social and environmental standards.
AdEx Partners is proud participant of United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). We align ourselves with its 10 principles, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You can find our UNGC participant page, including our latest progress report here.

Purpose
With Purpose and Meaning: Together for a Humane Future
Pro Bono Consulting in long-term Projects
Over three years, AdEx Partners provided support for Humedica e.V., a global aid organization, in its digital transformation. We implemented modern ERP and CRM systems to make project management, fundraising and logistics more efficient.
From 2017 to 2022, we accompanied Tafel Deutschland e.V. in the digitization of food rescue and distribution – and won the „Best of Consulting” award.
Since 2022, we have been offering pro bono consulting services to the Muslim organization NourEnergy e.V. . We develop a strategic plan and implement it together.
AdEx Partners Digital Bootcamps
Digital participation is not a privilege! As a shared responsibility, it must be inclusive in an increasingly technology-driven world. Our bootcamps are a vibrant expression of this commitment: So far, we have shared our expertise, methods, time and trust with over 40 non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and foundations in Germany and Switzerland. Additionally, to support outstanding social enterprises, we are proud partners and sponsors of Ashoka.
Donations
Alongside our pro bono consulting, the social sector also needs financial support. As a long-standing corporate partner, we regularly donate to Childaid Network and Tafel Deutschland e.V..
Beyond that, we regularly conduct fundraising campaigns: In the AdExGo! Challenge we collectively circled the globe this year, covering 64,103 km (160% of our goal) in 3 months to raise funds for charitable causes.

As Trusted Leaders, we have a significant leverage effect when we offer our expertise to non-profit organizations and social institutions free of charge. These organizations are passionately committed to their causes but often cannot afford top-notch consulting. Our pro bono consulting benefits not only the organizations and their target groups but also our colleagues, who can engage meaningfully and gain inspiring insights.
