That’s why, in addition to regular regional get-togethers, we hold two major events each year: our Kick-off in January and our Summer Event. All partners and children of our colleagues are also invited to the Summer Event.

At its core, AdEx Partners is a remote company. You often work from home and are flexible in arranging your working hours, of course with consideration for your client’s tasks and internal meetings. We believe in trust-based working hours.

You also have flexibility in choosing your mobile devices and laptops. Whether it’s an iPhone, Samsung, FairPhone, Windows PC, or MacBook, you can select your preferred device and use it for personal purposes as well.

Many of our colleagues have children, and we understand the daily struggle of balancing family and career. In addition to the flexibility mentioned above, the option of working part-time or taking time off is also helpful in this regard.

Good work is recognized and rewarded at AdEx Partners. Our compensation is benchmarked against other large consulting firms and consists of a fixed base salary and a variable component based on individual performance and contributions to the company’s success.

With the variable component, you can influence your income through exceptional performance and personal initiative („entrepreneur within the company”). And because we always want to develop AdEx Partners as an organization, we also incentivize internal work. Additionally, you receive a bonus for successfully referring new colleagues.

At AdEx Partners, we have two promotion cycles each year. We promote based on individual performance, without capping the number of promotions.
