Initial situation
The customer’s S/4HANA transformation program, which was launched in 2020, was hanging in the balance. This was due to repeated delays, inconsistencies in governance processes, unclear responsibilities between service providers and a lack of communication. This led to poor results and frustration within the team.

AdEx Partners helped the client get its largest transformation program back on track, with clear results and reliable deadlines. Project management, communication, and quality standards were restored. Customized governance structures for responsibilities were implemented, and confidence in the program grew again. This also had a positive effect on cooperation between the various stakeholders.
AdEx Partners also took over program management and, together with the client team and other external service providers, successfully launched the pilot plant. Our team is currently supporting the development of a robust and efficient centralized factory approach for the upcoming global rollout waves.
