Fresenius Medical Care has initiated a business transformation program aimed at globally harmonizing business processes and master data based on a SAP template. As part of this complex program, AdEx Partners was engaged as an external quality advisor to ensure the application of best-practice standards for global SAP template implementations throughout the project.

AdEx Partners identified improvement potentials in governance structures by utilizing standardized assessment methods (e.g., PMO Maturity Assessment, Project Health Check, Go Live Readiness Assessment).

This led to concrete proposals for implementation, such as adjustments to the program organization and the strengthening and realignment of the program management office, which AdEx Partners supported. The additional execution of functional „deep dives“ contributed to enhancing the quality of the SAP template while simultaneously reducing complexity.
