Our Support for humedica e.V.
This is precisely where we at AdEx Partners come in, empowering affected organizations to overcome these challenges with our expertise in transformation projects.
With this guiding principle in mind, we have been working pro bono for humedica e.V. for the past three years. humedica is an international aid organization based in Kaufbeuren that has been providing rapid emergency and disaster relief since 1979. With over 80 full-time employees and numerous volunteers, humedica is committed to providing good healthcare and living conditions worldwide.
The aim of the joint project was to support humedica‘s growth with best practices in the area of software solutions and working methods in order to enable the greatest possible added value for humedica‘s beneficiaries.
ERP and CRM Systems for improved Efficiency
At the outset, tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint were introduced to significantly improve digital collaboration. Through targeted training and change management approaches, these and other solutions are now an integral part of everyday work across all humedica locations.
In order to take core functions such as fundraising, donation accounting, project management, and relief goods logistics to a new level, preparations were made to introduce a completely new ERP and CRM system. We analyzed processes, evaluated requirements, and assisted humedica in selecting suitable software providers. In a collaborative approach, several non-profit organizations have now joined forces with humedica to tailor the available solutions specifically to their needs.
Artificial Intelligence in Use
Anyone who wants to create a modern working environment must also consider the use of artificial intelligence. That is why we have provided basic knowledge about the principles and possibilities of AI in a series of training courses, practiced best practices for prompting, and provided insights into AI applications that go beyond ready-made tools and chatbots. Armed with this basic knowledge, humedica employees will work with our AI experts in the following workshops to analyze processes in their work as an NGO, identify use cases, and implement suitable AI solutions.
