Leading Authority on Employer Attractiveness in International Comparison
Great Place To Work® has been supporting companies internationally in developing a successful corporate culture for more than 30 years. With over 60 locations, the institute is an internationally leading, benchmark-based authority in the analysis, further development, and visualization of employer attractiveness.
In order to receive Great Place To Work® certification or recognition, employees are surveyed anonymously and representatively about their satisfaction with their company. The focus is on leadership, trust, recognition, support, care, cooperation, team spirit, and identification with the company. A detailed culture audit also provides information about measures and tools used in human resources and leadership work. In Germany, Great Place To Work® 2024/2025 supported more than 1,000 companies with over half a million employees from all industries and of all sizes.
