Interview with Stephan Weber, Partner & Head of AdEx Life

In this interview, Stephan talks about his motivation for returning, his passion for life sciences, and what makes AdEx Partners special to him.

AdEx Partners: Stephan, you returned to AdEx Partners after four years – with a clear mission: to build AdEx Life. Which three hashtags describe your restart?

What’s behind AdEx Life

AdEx Partners: What motivated you to return to AdEx Partners – and at the same time build AdEx Life as a separate brand?

Stephan Weber: What brought me back was the combination of a familiar culture and a new strategic opportunity. AdEx Partners has always been a place of entrepreneurial spirit, real accountability, and great people. The restart gave me the opportunity to bring all of that together and open a new chapter: building a unit that connects compliance, technology, and measurable transformation.

For me, AdEx Life is the place where we not only meet regulatory requirements, but also scalable innovative strength translate. We help companies roll out complex transformation programs securely, quickly, and audit-ready – in a highly regulated environment where mistakes are not an option.
