We are looking for you

A Head of FP&A (all genders) in fulltime. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the Group. Working closely with the COO, the Head of Finance and Managing Partners, you’ll steer our strategic planning, build robust forecasting processes, and ensure financial decisions drive sustainable growth across all divisions and markets. Your tasks will be:

Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning cycles across entities
Ensure consistent capital allocation and transparent performance tracking
Drive the business case review process to support sound investment decisions and profitability
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape commercial and strategic decisions
Strengthen tools (financial, CRM and HR) and reporting to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and transparency
Work with large datasets to identify key revenue and cost drivers
Build P&L models, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform leadership decisions
Further development of the Leadership Reporting & Analytics for Management, Advisory Board and Investor incl. pot. new entities
Proactive identification of growth opportunities (top-line and bottom-line)

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Several years experience in FP&A, controlling or finance leadership roles - ideally in professional services or consulting
Proven ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution
Strong expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance management
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; experience with business case modelling
Confident communicator, who can simplify complex financial topics for all audiences
Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset —able to lead through change with clarity and energy
Used to work with heterogenic teams across functions
Solid understanding of HGB/ IFRS
Strong project management skills
Excellent command of German and English
