We are looking for you

We are looking for an IT Specialist (all genders) in full-time (based in the Munich area / remote) to support our team You will play a key role in the following areas: As a Microsoft 365 Specialist you will focus on administration, technical support, and implementation in the following areas:

Supporting the management of the MS 365 tenant and selected MS services (Power Automate, Defender)
Assisting in the implementation of security policies in accordance with IT security management requirements and monitoring compliance
Supporting device and application management,
Contributing to automation and workflow development based on defined requirements

Additional Focus Areas

End user support: Ticket management and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
Support in database administration and backup execution according to existing strategies
Technical support in implementing IT projects within predefined concepts (e.g., rollouts, system adjustments, migrations)
Application support for various enterprise applications
Assisting in the implementation of new technologies and conducting functional and integration tests
Participating in IT-related integration of company acquisitions
Administration of Microsoft SQL Server (user management, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting)
Technical onboarding and offboarding and training of employees
Managing access rights and group memberships
Device provisioning and security management using Intune

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Completed university degree or vocational training focused on IT followed by initial practical experience
Excellent organizational skills, strong team orientation, and a service-driven mindset
Experience working with Microsoft applications and IT project management
Experience with GenAI-Tools
High attention to detail and reliability when working with MS Office
It is essential to demonstrate an independent, reliable, and self-directed way of workingto be successful in virtual environments.
Fluent German and English skills (business proficiency)
