We are looking for you

We are looking for a Working Student in Consulting in the field of Organizational Development (all genders) for 20 hours per week, with the following responsibilities, among others:

Collaboration within our “Organizational Development” team, both internally at AdEx and remotely with our clients
Independent handling and ownership of your own work packages
Participation in the development and implementation of go-to-market and sales strategies and concepts
Planning and execution of our AdEx maturity assessment
Design and implementation of internal and external communication measures to strengthen the “Organizational Development” brand

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or transcripts, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Active studies in (business) psychology, business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
Initial practical experience in consulting
First experience in organizational development (organizational design, change management, talent development, leadership development) or in sales/business development in consulting is a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and various AI tools
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
An analytical and conceptual mindset
Enjoyment of project work
Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, particularly in a virtual team environment
Interest in and availability for long-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
