We are looking for you

We are looking for a Working Student in Knowledge Management (all genders) for 20 hours per week, with the following responsibilities, among others:

Contributing to the conception and establishment of a company-wide content strategy
Assisting in the selection and implementation of a content management system
Creating and updating training materials and documentation, as well as supporting the delivery of trainings
Collaborating with various teams to optimize content management
Supporting the organization and execution of internal workshops
Taking ownership and having the opportunity to independently organize and conduct workshops on content management topics
Supporting the implementation and optimization of AI applications within content management
Researching and preparing information on current projects and trends

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or transcripts, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

At least three successfully completed semesters of a bachelor's degree program in business informatics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study
Initial practical experience with content management systems, knowledge management, and project management is an advantage
Basic understanding of and interest in content strategies and systems
Enthusiasm for AI-related topics and their application in content management
Excellent knowledge of office applications, especially Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
A conceptual and analytical way of working
Enjoyment of project work
Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, particularly in a virtual team environment
Interest in and availability for long-term collaboration (minimum 1 yea
