Fresenius Medical Care has initiated a business transformation program that globally harmonizes business processes and master data based on an SAP template. As part of this complex program, AdEx Partners was hired as an external quality advisor to ensure the application of best-practice standards for global SAP template implementations throughout the project.

AdEx Partners identified potential for improvement in governance structures by using standardized assessment procedures (e.g., PMO Maturity Assessment, Project Health Check, Go Live Readiness Assessment).
AdEx Partners Value Add
This enabled the submission of concrete proposals, the implementation of which (e.g., adjustment of the program organization, strengthening and realignment of the Program Management Office) was supported by AdEx Partners. The additional execution of functional „deep dives“ contributed to improving the SAP template quality while simultaneously reducing complexity.
