We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong market orientation – a Partner, who takes our clients' IT strategies to the next level. Your tasks include:

Strategic expansion and development from AdEx Partners in all professional, structural, cultural, and personal matters
Leading further development our Main areas of consulting in the Switzerland – with a focus on Digital Transformation, ERP transformation or IT Transformation
Responsibility for the Planning, coordination, and control complex Digitalization programs and digital transformation processes for our Customers
Development and implementation strategic Customer acquisition measures (Market structure), Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
Significant expansion of existing customer relationships through Cross-selling and up-selling
Strong sales performance am Market and active participation an sales processes using Network- and Content Expertise

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree including (u.a.). Business Informatics or a related field of study
Several years of professional experience preferably with a internationally leading management consultancy
Project management, coaching, and leadership experience I'm IT- and/or Business process area
Ability, existing Customer relations through Cross-selling and up-selling to expand significantly
Very good Swiss network as well as high Sales affinity
Experience in direct contact with Decision-makers and executive boards
Project experience I'm at home and abroad paired with a high Independence and Solution-orientation
Business-level proficiency in German and English in word and deed
Willingness to travel (DACH region as well as European foreign countries)
