Leading authority for employer attractiveness in international comparison
Great Place To Work® has been supporting companies internationally in the development of a successful corporate culture for more than 30 years. With over 60 locations, the institute is thus an internationally leading, benchmark-based authority in the analysis, further development, and visibility of employer attractiveness.
To receive a Great Place To Work® certification or award, employees are surveyed anonymously and representatively regarding their satisfaction within their company. The main focus is on leadership, trust, recognition, professional development, care, collaboration, team spirit, and identification with the company. A detailed cultural audit also provides information on HR and leadership practices and tools. In Germany in 2024/2025, Great Place To Work® accompanied more than 1,000 companies with over half a million employees across all industries and sizes.
