From Program Restructuring to Industrialized Global Rollout Setup

Initial situation The customer’s S/4HANA transformation program, which was launched in 2020, was hanging in the balance. This was due to repeated delays, inconsistencies in governance processes, unclear responsibilities between service providers and a lack of communication. This led to poor results and frustration within the team.

Quality management plan for managing the program, including scope, objectives, processes, procedures, time frame and stakeholder expectations
Reviewing project status using SQERT (Scope, Quality, Effort, Risk, Time) and evaluating progress in problem solving
Stakeholder management and reporting for better project control in accordance with defined project goals
Establishment of a reliable pilot project plan, including concrete results and clear responsibilities within the program organization
Implementation of program management for the rollout of the pilot plant and go-live
Establishment and development of a build factory for the implementation of industrialized global rollouts in waves

Our team is currently supporting the development of a robust and efficient centralized factory approach for the upcoming global rollout waves.
