We know that personal interaction is especially important in a remote company. That’s why, in addition to regular regional get-togethers, we hold two major events each year: our kick-off in January and our Summer Event.

AdEx Partners is, at its core, a remote company. You’ll often work remotely and—while taking into account your client assignments and internal deadlines, of course—you’ll generally have flexibility in how you schedule your work hours. We operate on a trust-based work schedule.

You also have the flexibility to choose your own mobile devices and laptops. Whether it's an iPhone, Samsung, FairPhone, Windows PC, or MacBook—you can choose your preferred device and use it for personal purposes as well.

Many of our colleagues have children, and we understand the daily struggle of balancing family and work. In addition to the flexibility in working hours mentioned above, the option to work part-time or take a leave of absence is also helpful.

At AdEx Partners, hard work is recognized and rewarded. Our compensation is based on benchmarks from other major consulting firms. It consists of a fixed base salary and a variable component that depends on individual performance and contributions to the company’s success.

Through the variable component (chargeability bonus and sales bonus), you can influence your income through outstanding performance and personal initiative („entrepreneur within the enterprise“). And because we want to continuously develop AdEx Partners as an organization, we also incentivize internal work. You will also receive a bonus for successfully referring new colleagues.

At AdEx Partners, there are two promotion cycles each year. We promote employees based on individual performance, with no cap on the number of promotions.
