We take responsibility for a future worth living
At AdEx Partners, sustainability and responsible business practices are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that organizations have a significant impact on society and the environment. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that our business operations meet the highest ethical, social, and environmental standards.
AdEx Partners is a proud participant of United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). We align ourselves with its 10 principles as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You can find our UNGC participant page, including our current Communication on Progress, yesterday.
We are committed to transparency and are improving our ESG performance, among other things, through EcoVadis and Integrity Next.

With purpose and intent: Together for a humane future
Pro bono consulting in long-term projects
For three years, AdEx Partners supported Humedica e.V., a global relief organization, in their digital transformation. We implemented modern ERP and CRM systems to make project management, fundraising, and logistics more efficient.
From 2017 to 2022 we accompanied Tafel Deutschland e.V. in the digitization of food rescue and distribution – and won the „Best of Consulting“ award with it.
Since 2022, we have been offering pro bono consulting for the Muslim organization NourEnergy e.V. We develop a strategic plan and implement it together.
AdEx Partners Digital Bootcamps
Digital participation is not a privilege! As a shared responsibility, it must be inclusive in an increasingly technology-driven world. Our bootcamps are a living expression of this commitment: so far, we have shared our expertise, methods, time, and trust with over 40 non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and foundations in Germany and Switzerland. To support outstanding social enterprises, we are also a partner and supporter of Ashoka.
Donate
In addition to our pro bono consulting, the social sector also requires financial support. As a long-standing corporate partner, we regularly donate to Childaid Network and Tafel Deutschland e.V..
In addition, we regularly run fundraising campaigns: In the AdExGo!-Challenge This year, we traveled around the world together and covered 64,103 km (1,601 TP3T of our goal) over the course of three months to raise money for charity.

As Trusted Leaders, we have a significant leverage effect when we make our expertise available to non-profit organizations and social institutions free of charge. They are passionately dedicated to their cause, but often cannot afford first-class consulting. Not only the organizations and their respective target groups benefit from our pro bono consulting, but also our colleagues, who can engage effectively and gain inspiring insights.
