We are looking for you

a Working student in Business Enablement and Operations (all genders) for 16-20 hours/week , with, among others, the following responsibilities:

Support in the planning and implementation from internal Projects and Processes
Preparation of Presentation and Analyse e.g. monthly Stakeholder presentations; Viewing, elaborating and creating Templates for quotes as well as the Report generation by means of Built In Reporting and dashboard solutions from Salesforce / Sales Cloud
Supporting the team in daily operations
Carrying out Research and data analysis e.g. with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Assistance in the Improvement of Workflows and operational efficiency
Proactive follow-up and Team support in the timely completion of tasks

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or testimonials, but the following skills will help you fit in with us:

At least three successfully completed semesters, ideally in a business-related field, with initial practical experience or one Completed vocational training
You have a strong passion for Software and digital applications
Pronounced Task comprehension and a hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Strength Analytical and structured Mentality for the creation and evaluation of reports and presentations, combined with strong Process understanding
Proactive working style for tracking tasks and ensuring timely completion
Very good Germanand English skills both written and spoken
Independent and self-organized working style, as we primarily work remotely from home
