We are looking for you

a working student in marketing with a focus on Events & Marketing Campaigns (all genders) for 15 to 20 hours per week to support our team in the planning, implementation and further development of events and marketing campaigns – including the following tasks:

Support with the planning, organisation and execution of internal and external events
Coordination of organisational processes and liaison with internal and external contacts
Involvement in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Creation of content, graphics and visual content (e.g. invitations, digital screens)
Ensuring a consistent brand presence (CI/CD)
Support with monitoring and analysis of campaign and event performance (e.g. participant numbers, engagement, reach)
Derivation of optimisation measures for the further development of events and campaigns

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Matriculation at a German university (advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the field of Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Media, Business or comparable.
Strong interest in event management, marketing campaigns, and digital topics
Previous practical experience in event management, marketing or project management is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and a structured, independent and proactive way of working
Excellent linguistic intuition and a strong feel for communication that is appropriate for the target audience.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to support internal and external events on-site.
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and relevant performance metrics (e.g. participant numbers, engagement, reach)
Safe use of digital tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
