You already manage demanding client mandates and advise decision-makers, develop accounts, turn your professional expertise into new business opportunities, and you are interested in the following exciting tasks:

  • Responsibility and successful delivery of complex insurance projects and transformation mandates
  • Trusted Advisor at the intersection of insurance processes, business, and technology
  • Independent Development of existing accounts and acquisition of new mandates
  • Development and positioning market-relevant insurance topics and advisory services
  • Construction Long-term decision-making relationships and Repräsentation of AdEx in the market
  • Leadership and development of project teams and employees as well as actively participating in shaping our insurance business; as a partner, additionally Attracting new customers and business opportunities, joint acquisitions within the partner team, and expanding the team and its competencies

What you bring to the table

Your following skills will help you succeed with us:

  • Proven experience in advising insurers and/or in responsible positions within an insurance company as well as a deep professional understanding of the insurance industry
  • Detectable Independent acquisition of new mandates and successful development of customers and accounts
  • Detectable Delivery strength in complex transformation and consulting mandates with own leadership and responsibility for results
  • Experience in Management of transformations at the interface between the department and IT
  • Ability to recognize customer needs early and act on them relevant consulting services and business opportunities to develop
  • Professional depth in at least one relevant insurance process or transformation field, For example, product development, inventory management, damage/claims management, core system/legacy modernization, or target image and roadmap development
  • Sovereign presence at decision-maker level, pronounced client intimacy, and reliable decision-maker relationships; As a partner, we also have an active network in the insurance industry and proven success in attracting new customers.
  • Strong personal drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in leading and developing employees
  • Cooperative working style and willingness to jointly develop knowledge, contacts and business opportunities
  • Negotiable German and secure English
