AdEx Strategy - The strategy practice of AdEx Partners

We advise companies from the financial services and energy sectors as well as their IT service providers on their most important strategic and organizational challenges. We work closely with our clients’ top management and combine strategic clarity with a consistent focus on implementation. We are looking for you

am Location Vienna as an intern (all genders) from March 2027 (full-time), for one Minimum duration of 3 months or longer to support our Strategy projects in the financial services sector (hybrid working model).

The following tasks await you:
  • Supporting our experts in strategy consulting for banks, insurance companies and their IT service providers in the DACH region – from analysis to implementation
  • Participation in the preliminary and substantive preparation of management meetings as well as the creation of decision-making and workshop documents
  • Independent research and structured preparation of market- and project-relevant topics
  • Support in the conception and creation of professional-related result documents (especially presentations)

What you bring to the table

  • Advanced study with an economic connection or a comparable orientation
  • First Relevant practical experience in strategy or management consulting, ideally with strategy projects in the financial services sector
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Secure handling of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent working style
  • Professional communication skills and a passion for working in a team
