AdEx Partners certified as a Great Place to Work® – for the first time in Switzerland as well
The certification in both countries underscores our positive workplace culture and the trust of our employees
AdEx Partners has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in Germany for the first time and for the first time in Switzerland. This is based on an independent and anonymous employee survey. 93 percent of the respondents in Germany and Switzerland say that AdEx Partners is overall a very good workplace.
Great Place to Work® examines how employees experience their workplace culture. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit are at the heart of the assessment. The certification makes the results of this survey It is visible to the outside world and provides applicants with guidance when choosing an employer.
