Recruitment Interview
In an initial virtual exchange, we would like to get to know you and find out together whether AdEx Partners could be the next step for you. We will give you insights into our process and answer all your questions.

Technical Discussions
You will then have two technical interviews with our consultants, which will focus mainly on your qualifications and personality. You can decide whether you want to conduct the interviews in German or English. Depending on the position advertised, the technical interview may also include a case study in which you can apply your practical skills.

Hogan Assessment
The next step is to take the Hogan Assessment, a proven personality questionnaire. Our certified coaches will evaluate your profile and provide you with individual feedback after you start. This will give you exciting insights, including for your personal development. We also use the results for individual coaching and your further development at AdEx Partners in the long term.

Let's match! – The final step to getting started
Once all interviews have been completed, our interviewers will consult with each other and make a joint decision. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an offer. You will then have two weeks to decide whether AdEx Partners is the right move for you. During this phase, we will be happy to continue supporting you and enable you to hold further discussions with potential team members.
Your „yes“ is our starting signal, and we will accompany you through your onboarding process.
Starting your new Job
How to get off to a good Start at AdEx Partners
Equipment
You will receive your equipment – laptop, cell phone, and everything else you need – before your first day of work. We will also send you the most important information you need for a successful start with us.
Onboarding
To get you started, you can expect a structured onboarding process with virtual sessions with HR and our Corporate Functions Team, as well as a personal onboarding day.
Coach & Buddy
Your coach, buddy, and project team will be there to support you from the start. Your coach will accompany you in your individual development over the long term, while your buddy will be there to help you in your day-to-day work.
‘Training on the Job‘
You will receive on-the-job training for your first project. Especially at the beginning, there will be regular checkpoints to exchange ideas and see if everything is going well.
FAQs
AdEx Partners generally expects employees to be willing to travel 2-3 days per week. The actual amount of travel, both domestically and internationally, varies depending on the requirements of the respective project and is currently significantly below the above-mentioned expectations.
