Agile Transformation with SAFe

Initial situation Global agricultural machinery manufacturer AGCO has initiated a comprehensive digital transformation to efficiently develop and successfully market digital products and services. As part of this transformation, the organizational structure has been converted to a product-based structure. By removing organizational barriers, product development is made more efficient and scalability is increased.

AdEx Partners scope The new organizational structure provides the framework for the transformation. However, it was crucial to breathe life into this structure. AdEx Partners was commissioned to implement a comprehensive agile transformation. Working closely with the client, a holistic approach to this process was developed. The focus was on iteratively establishing a uniform process organization - consisting of a framework, processes, and tools - in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and supporting this change through effective project and change management.
